Cement render came off this late Georgian villa first, back to bare brickwork, and airtightness tape went round every window frame before any board was fixed.
Steico wood fibre boards then went onto all the external walls. The detailing is where the time went: boards chamfered at the top and capped with lead flashing, insulation worked around the hopper and downpipe before they were refitted, timber sills insulated and fitted, and a grey mosaic render on the plinth. The finish is an antique white breathable silicone render.
